Restorative Yoga and Reiki

About the Event
In this workshop you will be led through an hour and a half restorative yoga practice while receiving hands on yoga alignment adjustments and Reiki. With the use of supportive props, poses will be held for longer than a traditional yoga class to encourage relaxation and stress relief. Breathing techniques will be introduced that can be used throughout the practice and a guided self reiki meditation will also be taught.
No experience with Yoga or Reiki is required.
