About the event
There are so many herbs available that is can be difficult to know what to have on hand and what would be particularly helpful to you and your family. In this class we will explore just that. You will have the opportunity to hash out health concerns for you and your family and key remedies and work to build an herbal medicine chest tailored to you will all the essential herbal remedies in it as well. We will also discuss how to incorporate these herbs into your daily life and how to grow and make medicines. It is a great time to start gardening so if you are a garden or have a window where you can put a pot we will talk about what herbs you can get going for chest. Sliding scale rate for this class is $10-20. Handouts and zoom link will be emailed prior to the start of class.
