What is Iyengar Yoga?
Iyengar yoga is a systematic approach to yoga. Alignment is emphasized. A variety of props are utilized to make asanas doable and accessible for all bodies. There is a focus on steadiness. This Steadiness should be in the breath, body and the mind. The principals of extension, directionality and precision are also in the foreground of Iyengar yoga. The postures should be executed mindfully, with attention to detail and awareness extending to all parts of the body and the breath.

Private Yoga Classes

 A private yoga session tailored to your personal needs and goals. You will also be given poses to work on at home to achieve desired results. Can be done digitally, at your home or in one of the studios I work at.

$75 for an hour session
